On Tuesday 11 April, the Master and 15 members and guests visited Tower Bridge for a guided tour.
Starting in the North tower, we visited the Tower Bridge Exhibition and viewed films, animations and interactive displays giving insights into how and why the Bridge came into existence. We then walked across the high-level Walkways and experienced the Bridge’s latest “wow” factor - walking across the glass floor, a unique viewpoint in the high-level Walkways, 42 metres above the River Thames. …read more

On Monday 3 April, the Master and Clerk attended an excellent lecture on the 1067 Charter granted to the City by William I.
The Charter is presently on display for a limited time in the Guildhall Art Gallery. It is a rare example of a small succinct declaration the granted so much to the City of London. …read more
On Friday 31 March the company took part in the 75th United Guilds Service at St Pauls Cathedral. 21 members and guests of the company attended with the Master, Upper Warden and Clerk joining all other Livery Masters, Upper Bailiff and Wardens to wear full livery regalia of gowns and badges. The company is always seated in row 54 south, being our strict seating determined by order of precedence. …read more
On Thursday 30 March the Master attended the annual Lord Mayor’s Banquet for Livery Masters.
The Banquet is one of the 6 state banquets the Lord Mayor holds at Mansion House in the glorious setting of the Egyptian Rom. It was a capacity dinner attended by around 300 Masters and guests. …read more
