Tax Advisers Remember Passchendaele

The Master represented the Company at a City of London event to commemorate the Battle of Passchendaele (Third Battle of Ypres), at which all 110 London Livery Companies laid a cross in the grounds of St Paul's Cathedral, watched by the Lord Mayor. Each cross was labelled with the name of Livery Company planting it, and you can see ours in the attached photograph. The capture of Passchendaele by British and Canadian forces took place precisely 100 years ago from the date of the commemoration, namely 6th November 1917.
